Andrew Levy (65) - President Since 1982 Mr. Levy has been the President of Redstone Capital Corporation. He has been responsible for advising numerous clients in the natural resources and defense industries, relating to acquisitions and business development. Through Redstone Securities, Inc., an SEC registered broker / dealer (since sold), he has been solely responsible for raising in excess of $500 million for clients. Since 2003, Mr. Levy and his team has been responsible for the acquisition and growth of five (5) Companies in the Aerospace, Defense and Precision manufacturing sectors. Mr. Levy currently serves as Chairman of four (4) of these Companies. From 1972— 1979 Mr. Levy practiced law in New York City with Schulte, Roth and Zabel and then Wender, Murase and White (now Bingham). Mr. Levy graduated in 1968 with a B.S. in Engineering (summa cum laude) from Yale University. Mr. Levy received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1972.
James Reindl (52) - Vice President In 2002 Mr. Reindl joined the Redstone Team and has participated in the acquisition and growth of all five (5) portfolio Companies. Most recently, from 2006—2009 Mr. Reindl served as the Chairman & CEO of TechPrecision Corporation, a successful publicly traded company. From 1999—2002 Mr. Reindl served as the President & CEO of Critical Components Corporation, a division of a publicly traded Company, which consisted of four manufacturing Companies with operations in both the U.S. and Canada. From 1991—1995 Mr. Reindl was a senior manager of Georgetown Aircraft Services, where he oversaw the administration functions and engineering documentation. In 1995, Mr. Reindl and his colleague acquired the Company. In 1998 sold the organization to a strategic buyer. From 1985—1991, Mr. Reindl was a project manager with Urban Engineers, Inc. in Philadelphia responsible for contract documentation and construction coordination of multiple airport, highway, rail and large sub-division projects. Mr. Reindl attended the Engineering School of the University of Delaware.
Martin Dabue (54) - CFO Working with Redstone since 1993, Mr. Daube has conducted accounting due-diligence for numerous Redstone clients and acquisitions. Mr. Daube started his career as a CPA with the New York City accounting firm of Shanholt, Maranoff and Fleiss. Mr. Daube holds a B.S. in Accounting from Queens College.
Andrew Finn (40) - Advisor Mr. Finn, after achieving the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps, applied his talents to the financial world working with numerous investment banks, including Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities and Quarterdeck Investment Partners, focusing solely on mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace and defense community. Educated at the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Finn serves on the Board of Directors of Fraser Volpe, LLC., a company that produces stabilized optical and electro-optical devices for the US military and commercial markets. Mr. Finn sits on the Board of the Small Arms Subcommittee for the National Small Arms Consortium at the US Army’s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center. Mr. Finn holds an active SECRET clearance.
