Andrew Levy Andrew Levy (70) - President
Since 1982 Mr. Levy has been the President of Redstone Capital Corporation. He has been responsible for advising numerous clients in the natural resources and defense industries, relating to acquisitions and business development. Through Redstone Securities, Inc., an SEC registered broker / dealer (since sold), he has been solely responsible for raising in excess of $500 million for clients. Since 2003, Mr. Levy and his team has been responsible for the acquisition and growth of four (4) Companies in the Aerospace, Defense and Precision manufacturing sectors. From 1972— 1979 Mr. Levy practiced law in New York City with Schulte, Roth and Zabel and then Wender, Murase and White (now Bingham). Mr. Levy graduated in 1968 with a B.S. in Engineering (summa cum laude) from Yale University. Mr. Levy received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1972.
James Reindl James Reindl (57) - Vice President
In 2002 Mr. Reindl joined the Redstone Team and has participated in the acquisition and growth of all four (4) portfolio Companies. Most recently, from 2006—2009 Mr. Reindl served as the Chairman & CEO of TechPrecision Corporation, a successful publicly traded company. From 1999—2002 Mr. Reindl served as the President & CEO of Critical Components Corporation, a division of a publicly traded Company, which consisted of four manufacturing Companies with operations in both the U.S. and Canada. From 1991—1995 Mr. Reindl was a senior manager of Georgetown Aircraft Services, where he oversaw the administration functions and engineering documentation. In 1995, Mr. Reindl and his colleague acquired the Company. In 1998 sold the organization to a strategic buyer. From 1985—1991, Mr. Reindl was a project manager with Urban Engineers, Inc. in Philadelphia responsible for contract documentation and construction coordination of multiple airport, highway, rail and large sub-division projects. Mr. Reindl attended the Engineering School of the University of Delaware.
Martin Daube Martin Dabue (59) - CFO
Working with Redstone since 1993, Mr. Daube has conducted accounting due-diligence for numerous Redstone clients and acquisitions. Mr. Daube started his career as a CPA with the New York City accounting firm of Shanholt, Maranoff and Fleiss. Mr. Daube holds a B.S. in Accounting from Queens College.
Andrew Finn Andrew Finn (45) - Advisor
Mr. Finn’s professional operational and financial management experience involve activities with publicly-traded and privately-held companies in diverse industries including aerospace and defense, healthcare and information technology. He has gained and applied his talents to companies both domestic and international as well as to both US and foreign governments. Mr. Finn’s previous work experience includes senior-level investment banking positions at Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities and Quarterdeck Investment Partners. His banking career spans dozens of corporate finance public offerings in addition to leading numerous complicated merger and acquisition transactions with a focus in the aerospace and defense industry. Additional financial experience includes several private equity transactions and most recently operating within the International Defense Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing financial guidance to US and foreign federal entities including NATO. His operational experience also includes serving as Chairman, Officer, Director and COO for companies in various stages of growth from inception to global expansion. Currently, Mr. Finn is currently the President of Fraser Optics LLC, a Redstone portfolio company. He possesses Six Sigma education, is a certified PMP, maintains familiarity with CMMi and holds an active Secret-level Security Clearance. Mr. Finn achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps and was educated at the University of California at Berkeley.
Erik de Neufville Erik de Neufville - Vice President Foreign Affairs
Mr. de Neufville joined the Redstone Team in 2012. Mr. de Neufville has spent his entire life in international marketing and sales working for major aerospace companies and had major responsibilities in two international joint-ventures: He was Vice President Marketing and Sales at Saab-Fairchild promoting the turbo-prop regional airline aircraft SF-340. He was also President and CEO in San Diego for the French-American Joint-ventures “APIC” promoting the Airbus APU developed and produced both by Turbomeca (SAFRAN Group) and Hamilton-Sundstrand. While positioned in Paris for GarrettAiResearch (Allied-Signal Group) he attended the French War College (CHEAr). Mr. de Neufville holds LLM and LLB degrees from French universities and M.A in Political Science for Sorbonne University in Paris. He is a fixed-wing and private helicopter pilot.
